Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can kids join in?

Everyone is welcome. However, it is worth considering whether your child(ren) are capable of sitting, quiet listening and following along with meditation and mindfulness instructions. I want all participants to have an amazing time and if you feel that your children won't enjoy themselves in this type of environment, you might want to make alternative arrangements for them.

  • What's involved in music and mindfulness?

Mindfulness is simply being fully present in the moment without worrying about the past or stressing about the future. If you've ever gone to a concert and lost yourself in the music, you've already been to a music and mindfulness event!

This event takes things to the next level by consciously bringing in guided mindfulness activities that complement each piece of music so you can fully immerse yourself in the moment and experience profound moments of clarity.

You will be guided every step of the way with simple instructions for you to follow along in whatever way you wish. Thea Faye is qualified in chakra dancing, a form of mindful movement. However, for this event, no one will be asked to get up and dance. We'll be seated at all times and the event is designed to connect with all attendees, regardless of experience or ability.

  • Is the venue accessible?
